How long does it take to process my order?

How long does shipping take?

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. Products must be unused, in their original condition, and include the original packaging.
Who pays for return shipping?
Unless the item is defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
When will I receive my refund?

Yes. Many of our products are made especially for you after you place an order. This helps reduce waste and supports sustainable production.
Are the colors exactly the same as in the photos?
